This system offers the most economical, efficient storing and retrieval of pallets. It provides easy direct access to every pallet in storage and is available in an extensive range of sizes. It is an extremely popular and versatile system which is ideal for storing any type of product, both by weight and volume.
This is one kind of storage system which is based on Selective Pallet Racking but with a minimized narrow forklift aisle width, utilizing less warehouse space and relatively providing high density storage solution.
Double deep pallet racking increases the storage spaces the simple way by cutting down the number of aisles in your warehouse or distribution facility.
This storage system allows four single rows of pallets to be stored back-to-back rather than two single rows of pallets in Standard Selective Pallet Racking. This increases the rack-to-aisle ratio making storage to the maximum with the process of FILO (first in last out) system.
Drive – in Pallet Racking System is widely used for high-density storage where individual selectivity is not important and the product range is very limited. Pallets are stored in a block system, undivided by operating aisles.
Forklift trucks drive into the racking to load or retrieve pallets, which are stored on cantilevered rails running throughout the system. The first pallet in is the last one out FILO (First in, Last out), unless a drive – thru system is used whereby the pallets can be loaded or retrieved from either side
The Shuttle pallet system is a semi-automated, high-density storage solution for the handling of goods inside racking structure channels similar to a drive-in or pallet-flow racking setup. The Shuttle runs on specially designed single profile rails supported by upright frames that are fitted with special support beams, creating channels within the racking structure.
Pushback Pallet Racking provides highly effective use of space by combining high-density storage with high-speed access. The system offers safe and dense storage for up to 5 pallets deep storage and typically up to 5 pallets high. Pallets are placed by forklift from the same aisle on nested carts riding on inclined rails.
Gravity Flow Pallet Racking Systems is ideal for pallet loads of large volume SKUs in sorting and distribution operations. They also are a great option where high throughput is required or in a warehouse storage situation that calls for large volumes of each SKUs, such as cross dock dispatch areas. Gravity flow pallet racks act like a conveyor within a rack structure.
Cable Racking is the ideal solution for storing cable reels or spindles. Storing the reels horizontally on racking maximises the use of storage space and also provides easy stock identification.
In addition, by mounting each drum reels on an axile, the cable can be reeled on unreeled while still loaded in the racks.
This type of racking is ideal for storing long length light weight products, such as PVC conduits, plastic pipes, timber trims & skirtings, aluminum bars, electrical supplies, tube products and artworks. Such items can be stored vertically on its end with non-load bearing arms dividers, optimizing warehouse floor space for storage purposes
