Carton Live Storage is a unique order-picking storage system, designed to increase order-picking efficiency whilst saving floor space. A series of gravity-fed roller tracks transport suitably packed products in cartons from replenishment aisles to picking faces.
This simple yet practical storage system offers high-density picking by presenting multiple product lines across one shelf width. It is ideal for warehouses with large picking volumes as goods are immediately accessible, and pickers do not need to cover large distances to complete an order.
Carton Live Storage comprises of a flowing frame and plastic roller tracks that can be incorporated into both Pallet Racking and Longspan shelving systems to maximize picking efficiency.
Carton Live Storage provides stock rotation on a strictly FIFO (first in first out) principle and ensures continuous replenishment to the picking face. When a carton is removed, the one immediately behind it gently rolls into position ensuring automatic stock rotation and that stock is always available for picking.
