Racking Supported Mezzanine Floor

Racking Support Mezzanine are ideal for warehouse premises with empty air space and high ceilings, giving additional floor area above racking and storage pick shelving underneath.

Rack Support Mezzanine are constructed from standard pallet racking components and are primarily used when the entire area of the underside of the floor is required to be Pick Shelving. The size of the bays can be made with any available pallet racking beam width as long as the load capacity permits.

You have the flexibility of installing shelf levels (using standard Pallet Rack or Shelving beams) between racking frames which will provide you with adjustable shelving and can be added to or adjusted as you grow.

Modular RET shelving units for small parts can also be installed between the frames. Staircases and handrails can be added to the floor where required.

The height of the mezzanine floor can be increased or decreased as the pitch of the pallet racks uprights.
